| The promoter of the Company,
Mr. M.K. Unnithan is a highly qualified Mechanical Engineer
with over thirty five years of experience in highly responsible
positions in reputed precision Engineering Industries. For about
twenty five years he has worked as the Chief Executive of the
largest Gasket Manufacturing Factory in the country out of which
ten years as Works Manager and ten years as General Manager.
He had extensive training abroad in all aspects of gaskets design,
development and manufacture. He was directly responsible for
developing and supplying all important gaskets for all O.E manufacturers
like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Hindustan Motors, Mahindra, Premier
Automobiles, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Simpson and Company, Etc.
, for over two decades for all engines and vehicles manufactured
by them including the new generation engines and motor cycles
and scooters. He is instrumental in setting up the first R&D
centre with engine test facilities for gasket testing in India.
He has worked with close liaison
with all top Technical officials of the vehicle manufacturers
like TELCO, Ashok Leyland Ltd., etc., in the country for the
development of suitable gaskets for their prestigeous engines
and also with top commercial executives in negotiating prices
and orders etc., as the General Manager. He is one of the
senior most gasket experts available in the country at present.
