We have a separate Research & Development centre with all facilities for design, development and testing of gaskets, employing most modern technology. We have installed an Engine test bed, which is perhaps, the most modern in the country. The testing arrangement includes sophisticated Eddy current dynamometer monitoring of all parameters of engine behaviour digital computerised sequential programme controller, thermal shock arrangement etc. All newly developed head gaskets are tested for long duration endurance in actual fitment in the engine at the test bed.

It is only through our inhouse R&D, we have developed indigeneously the technology for manufacture of very important imported gasket material which is now being commercially produced and introduced with all major vehicle engine manufacturers in the country for O.E fitment.

We have also designed and developed number of high-tech cylinder head gaskets for some of the prestigious vehicle manufacturers in the country, thereby replacing import from world famous gasket manufacturers. A large variety of critical gaskets developed and perfected by our research and development are being supplied to international vehicle manufacturers in India and we still enjoy the status of single source supplier for many of them.

With modern production facilities and absolute control of quality, the products leaving the factory are fully ensured for reliability and high level performance.
